Felicia Badger MSN, FCN-RN, LSSYB, CMAC is a dynamic leader, author, and prophetic voice committed to bringing healing and truth wherever she serves. With over 15 years of healthcare leadership, Felicia currently serves as Director of Care Transitions at one of Texas’ leading hospitals, where she leads serving vulnerable populations with compassion and excellence.
Felicia is also the founder of Felicia Speaks Life, a Christ-centered movement dedicated to helping people find hope and purpose in life’s hardest places. Her book, Finding Joy on the Broken Road, weaves together powerful personal stories, biblical truths, and encouragement for those facing trials.
Rooted in spiritual depth, Felicia has co-pastored, organized street ministries, food and clothing drives, and hosted Christian events, including community concerts. She has taught faith-based programs such as Divorce Care, Embrace Grace, and has led small groups studies including teaching on spiritual warfare.
Today, she continues to serve as a ministry leader at The Heights Church, activating others in hearing God’s voice and walking in spiritual authority. An international missionary, Felicia has ministered in Honduras, Mozambique, and Peru, igniting hearts to pursue God’s purpose across cultures and nations.
Her calling is rooted in biblical truth, prophetic insight, and the joy of someone who has walked through brokenness and emerged with greater strength, purpose, and faith.

LOLI: Light of Life International
A nonprofit evangelistic and compassion ministry reaching Central America, South America, and Africa. This team has short term mission trips sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ in local villages, hospitals, orphanages, public schools, markets, that all lead up to a crusade where the demonstration of the power of God is witnessed.
Love Like You Mean It International
A nonprofit organization that focuses on showing the love of Christ, seeking nothing in return. They provide food, shelter, healthcare, clothing to children and widows. This ministry serves areas in India, El Salvador, and the United States.
Criancas Nhantambala
An open orphanage in Mozambique, recognized as a nonprofit there, that shows the love of Christ by meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of the children in the village. Through the generosity of donors this year, God has used us to build a well and bring water to this remote village, improve meals for the children, and provide tools that have empowered them to grow.
